The fishing port of l'Escala on the Costa Brava has been a special place ever since the Greeks and Romans first discovered it. It is now a perfect base for both relaxing on the many local beaches, exploring the ruins of Empúries or shopping in the narrow streets of the Old Town.
This flat is in a quiet area only a 10 min walk into the centre or the beach and with a good selection of local shops as well as a Carrefour close by. It sleeps 5 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and has a large terrace with sun shade and as it faces southwest gets the sun all year round. There is a communal pool and well cared for gardens available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven and a fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine and TV(with sat), DVD/CD as well as air conditioning/heating.
Available all year round for short (3 days min) or longer lets and conveniently close to Girona Airport(45kms) as well as Barcelona and France.
