Set in a quiet spot in the countryside but close to both Girona (15kms) and Girona Airport (10kms) the Costa Brava (30 mins drive) as well as the main motorway to Barcelona and France.
The 2 bedroom self contained flat is on the top floor of this historic country house set in extensive gardens with a swimming pool for the use of guests. With separate access and a car parking area it is completely private and also has a terrace with views of the surrounding mountains.
The apartment is furnished in a charming rustic style and has 2 double beds and a sofa bed with a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a log burning stove and electric heaters for the winter months. TV, DVD and with fridge/freezer, an electric hob and oven and use of a washing machine and BBQ.
The choices of activities in the area are impressive with the bike track from Girona to Olot passing 250m away, there is kayaking on the River Ter and horseback riding at stables nearby. The walking can be up to the wooded hills which surround the house or along the bike path which runs next to the River Ter.

This flat is very conveniently located in the heart of Girona's commercial district and only 150m from the train/bus stations. A large terrace with sunshade means you can enjoy being outside all year round. It sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) and has 2 bathrooms with bath and shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave and large fridge /freezer. All linens and towels are provided and there is a washing machine for the use of guests. The TV has satellite and there is a DVD player in both the sitting room and kitchen. There is a paying car park around the corner or at the station and many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Rental is for a minimum of 2 nights and no children under 12 or pets.
It is a perfect location from which to explore Girona Old Town as well as the Costa Brava and Barcelona nearby.

The fishing port of l'Escala on the Costa Brava has been a special place ever since the Greeks and Romans first discovered it. It is now a perfect base for both relaxing on the many local beaches, exploring the ruins of Empúries or shopping in the narrow streets of the Old Town.
This flat is in a quiet area only a 10 min walk into the centre or the beach and with a good selection of local shops as well as a Carrefour close by. It sleeps 5 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 baths and has a large terrace with sun shade and as it faces southwest gets the sun all year round. There is a communal pool and well cared for gardens available for use. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven and a fridge/freezer. Situated on the top of a hill with views to the Montseny and Pyrenees this quiet farmhouse set in it's own extensive grounds offers a fabulous base for exploring Girona Province and Barcelona.
It is a 15 min drive into the centre of Girona and only 10 mins from Girona Airport and main roads to Barcelona and France which are both an hour away.
The house sleeps up to 8 in comfort(all towels and linens provided) and is equipped with central heating, gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine and garden furniture as well as a pool and plenty of garden space for other games like badminton or football (soccer). It is also only a few minutes by car from the PGA Golf Course at Caldes de Malavella.
This is the perfect place for country walks, lounging by the pool in complete privacy and taking bike rides into the surrounding area. During the respective seasons it is a good place for finding both wild asparagus and mushrooms.

This light and spacious duplex apartment sleeping up to 6 people is located in the Old Town of Girona right next to the River Onyar and near the Cathedral. It is fully equipped with TV, wi-fi, DVD and all bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is central heating throughout and air conditioning in the main bedroom. There is car parking on the road and a large free public car park just across the river 3 minutes walk away.
It is on the top floor of a three storey residential block and has a lift (elevator).
Within a hundred metres of the front door there is a supermarket, lots of cafes with terraces and restaurants of many types as well as bakeries and newsagents.
The main sights are all a short walk which include Sant Feliu Church, the Arab Baths, the Jewish Quarter and Museum, the Art Museum as well as several galleries with rotating exhibitions all year long.
For boutique shopping and restaurants/cafes the Rambla, Santa Clara and Plaza de Independencia are the best choices and the good weather means sitting outside is always an option.
